Schedule

We have physical projector in each conference room. So you can present your talk in the following ways.
    (1) Plug the laptop into the system and use computer programs like Power Point;
    (2) use transparency slides;
    (3) simply use white paper.
    Note: If you would like to use method (1), please bring your own laptop with battery fully charged. We will try to provide “universal” socket converters, but there is no guarantee. The size of the screen of the projector is about a horizontal A4/letter paper.

There are blackboards in the rooms for afternoon talks, and relatively small movable blackboards in the room for morning talks. For the speakers in the morning, it is not recommended to use chalks.

There will be no internet connection in the rooms of guest house. We will provide computers with web connection on the building for afternoon talks on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday during 12:30-18:15.
