恭喜王啸辰的文章“Detecting copy number alterations from single-cell chromatin sequencing data by AtaCNA”在 Cell 子刊 Cell Reports Methods 成功发表！ 该研究聚焦肿瘤细胞中的染色体拷贝数变异现象，设计了一套从单细胞ATAC测序数据高效检测此种变异的算法流程，命名为AtaCNA。该研究还利用拷贝数图谱分析了多个肿瘤样本内部的亚克隆细胞群，揭示了不同层面异质性对于肿瘤发展的潜在影响。
