At 3 pm on March 13th, 2019, the third plenary meeting of the Second Session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) was held in the Great Hall of the People. Tian Gang, member of the National Committee of CPPCC, vice chairman of the Central Committee of CDL and vice president of Peking University has delivered a speech on behalf of the Central Committee of China Democratic League (CDL). Tian Gang states that as a way to build a stronger teaching team, we must deepen the reform of the administration, increase benefits and social position of the teachers, build a national-level education base and stronger teaching teams in country.
