Chinese-SALSA is a joint research team with French members from INRIA (Rocquencourt Unit) and LIP6 (Laboratoire d'Informatique de Paris 6) and Chinese members from Beihang University, Peking University and Chinese Academy of Sciences. INRIA has provided initial financial support for the Chinese-SALSA team via its SALSA project.

Chinese-SALSA focuses its research on the development of algorithms and software tools for solving algebraic systems by exact (or at least certified) computation, with ultimate goal towards industrial applications.
