I am an Assistant Professor at Peking University in the School of Mathematical Sciences. My general research interest is in the computational and applied mathematics with an emphasis on the numerical methods for partial differential equations. In my earlier works, I dedicated my efforts to studying the finite volume method and multiscale method for the shallow water equations incorporating sediment transport. Some recent works contain the mixed finite element method for linear elasticity, modeling and numerical analysis of phase field problems. Additionally, I have explored the application of nonconforming finite element methods for high-order elliptic PDEs, as well as stabilized methods for general convection-diffusion problems. My research also encompasses numerical methods tailored for nonlinear elliptic problems and fractional Laplacians.
