We introduce a Monte Carlo method for the Wigner-Boltzmann equation which allows the simulation of full quantum systems interacting with phonons representing the vibrations of the crystal lattice. An application of the method is discussed showing, for the first time, a three-dimensional Wigner simulation including phonons. The systems can be simulated at different temperatures showing the appearance of quantum decoherence and phonon assisted trapping.
