We study the many-body Wigner equation in the case of indistinguishable particles such as Fermions and Bosons. We show that the equation is invariant with respect to the symmetry of the initial conditions and that the Pauli exclusion principle is naturally embedded in the Wigner formulation. In order to validate our approach, we show that we can reproduce a Fermi (or exchange-correlation) hole in the reduced phase-space when two identical electrons are forced to be in the same orbital.
